The CPC pipeline and Kazakhstan's oil will not be affected by US sanctions against Russia, according to the national portal Adyrna.
The head of the Washington bureau of the Financial Times, James Politi wrote on Twitter that the US Treasury Department had clarified that the sanctions on Russian oil did not apply to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, which Kazakh oil would be sold through Russia.
