From June, Kazakhstanis will receive increased pensions and benefits. This was announced by the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", according to the national portal "Adyrna".
According to the agency, under the Law "On Amendments and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On the Republican Budget for 2022-2024 "adopted on May 12, 2022, from April 1, 2022, the state social insurance fund ) the amount of solidarity pensions and social benefits was indexed by an additional 4%, and the amount of basic pensions and benefits increased by 4% due to changes in the subsistence level (MLS) and the monthly calculation index (MCI).
According to the law, from April 1:
Monthly calculation index (MCI) - in the amount of 3,180 tenge;
The minimum pension is 48,032 tenge;
Minimum subsistence level (MLS) - 37 389 tenge;
The minimum size of the basic pension payment is 20,191 tenge.
