The body of Zhanar Zhaksybekova, who died in Turkey, was brought to Taldykorgan. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the national portal "Adyrna" wrote.
"On February 10, a woman's body was found in the city of Kahramanmarash in the south-east of Turkey during search and rescue operations. Relatives from Almaty recognized her as Zhanar Zhaksybekova, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstani diplomats provided maximum assistance in the delivery of the body of our deceased compatriot from Kahramanmarash to Antalya and further to Almaty, as well as in formalizing the necessary documents. Today, the body was brought to the city of Taldykorgan," said the official message.
All transportation costs were borne by the state. In addition, an agreement was reached with Pegasus Turkish Airlines to provide a 90 percent discount to the relatives of the deceased citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
