The land plot of the former military hospital in Almaty was returned to the state. This was written by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
According to the information distributed by the department, in 2014 the market value of Medeu district of Almaty city was 6 billions, a plot of land with a total area of 3.8484 ha was transferred to the ownership of "Dostyk Stroy" Construction Company" LLP.
"However, taking into account that this site has not been used in accordance with its purpose for more than 7 years, the military prosecutor's office filed a claim for its forced removal. On 24.11.2022, by the decision of the specialized inter-district economic court of Almaty, the claim of the military prosecutor's office was satisfied and entered into legal force. At present, works are being carried out on the execution of the court act," the report said.
It should be noted that "Dostyk Stroy" construction company is owned by "JOINT TECHNOLOGIES" LLP and "KYPROS" LLP.
Timur Kulybaev is named as the founder of the last mentioned company.
