On July 23, a camera caught a foreign citizen's rude behavior in the shopping center "Aport Mall" located in the Karasai district of the Almaty region. In the video surveillance camera, it can be clearly seen that the man is accompanying the woman and the child in the stroller. At one point, a little girl starts approaching the cart. At that moment, the man kicked the child who approached the stroller and picked up the baby in the stroller.
"K., a citizen born in 1996, appealed to the police to take action against an unknown person who injured her little daughter, born in 2019. Based on this information, she was registered under Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code under the charge of "mischief".
"Currently, the arrested man has been detained in a temporary detention center in accordance with the law. An expert has been appointed and all necessary investigative activities are being carried out. In accordance with Article 201 of the Criminal Code, other information cannot be disclosed," said the head of the Almaty region police department.
During interrogation, the suspect confessed his guilt in detail.
