The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation is planning to provide quality drinking water to more than 22,000 residents of 41 villages by 2025. This was announced by the mentioned ministry, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation plans to implement 8 projects on the construction and reconstruction of group water pipelines, within the framework of which it is planned to provide quality drinking water to 41 rural settlements with more than 22 thousand people.
35 of these settlements are located in North Kazakhstan region, 3 in Akmola region, 3 in Kyzylorda region.
By 2025, it is planned to build about 1,200 km of group water pipelines to provide quality drinking water to 41 rural settlements and to improve water supply to 52 rural settlements, where more than 55 thousand people live, said Nurzhan Nurzhigitov, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
