More than 1,900 earthquakes were registered in the territory of Kazakhstan in four days. 11 of them were felt. This was announced by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"Seismic activity is due to a strong earthquake on the border between China and Kyrgyzstan. "Gradually, the process of seismic activity will weaken and it will return to the normal regime," said the officials of the department.
The ministry said that the situation is stable and advised citizens not to panic.
