Tokayev met with the Sheikh of Kuwait

President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah, heir to the throne of Kuwait, "Adyrna" wrote. During the meeting, prospects for the development of Kazakh-Kuwaiti cooperation in the fields of trade, economy and investment were discussed. The head of state emphasized the importance of strengthening relations with Kuwait. According to him, Kazakhstan was interested in the further development of relations between the two countries andKazakhstan was ready to give new impetus to mutual activities in all priority directions. Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah noted that he was ready to further strengthen the friendly and mutually beneficial relations between Astana and Al-Kuwait and he said that there was a great potential for the development of cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, and tourism spheres.
