The Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championship concluded in Doha, Qatar, reports the “Adyrna” national portal. Kazakh weightlifters delivered outstanding performances, securing top positions in the competition.
Kazakhstan’s junior weightlifting team achieved remarkable success, winning a total of 12 gold medals and taking first place in the team rankings. Notably, powerhouse nations China and North Korea did not participate in this championship.
Uzbekistan claimed second place with 10 gold medals, while Vietnam finished third with 9 gold medals.
