Housing prices have risen in Kazakhstan

Secondary housing prices in Kazakhstan have risen to record levels. This is evidenced by the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, the national portal "Adyrna" reports with reference to the channel Khabar 24.

According to the agency, the cost per square meter rose by 5.5%. This is the highest figure for the last eight years. In addition, the growth in new construction is insignificant - 0.4%.

Nur-Sultan is the city with the highest increase in the price of secondary real estate (about 10%). Here, one square meter costs on average 590 thousand tenge. In terms of price dynamics, the lowest prices are in Atyrau and Taldykorgan. In Almaty, apartments have risen in price by about three percent.

Experts from the First Credit Bureau say that this is the data for February 20.
