"According to the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Beibit Salymuli Esenbayev was appointed as the Vice Minister of Health," the report said.
Beibit Esenbayev was born in 1985 in the city of Karaganda. He graduated from Karaganda State Technical University, Karaganda Economic University , Kazakhstan Medical University "KDSJM". He started his career in 2006 as a software engineer in a private organization.
