Zhiguli Moldahalykuly was born in 1954 in the village of Zhalpaksaz, Zhambyl region. Graduated from Kazakh Institute of Agriculture, Turar Ryskulov and Agro-Industrial Complex Higher School. Since 2019, he has been working as the president of the "Kazakhstan Farmers' Union" KP association.
In 2022, he was appointed as the chairman of the Committee of the Agro-industrial complex of the NCP "Atameken".
