The situation is considered serious in the cities of Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Kherson and Vinnytsia and Zakarpattia regions.
It should be noted that the Russian military has been attacking the energy system of Ukraine for several months. Ukrainians began to buy generators in bulk from foreign countries. The Government of the country has allowed the transportation of generators, transformers and batteries to Ukraine without duty and value added tax.
