President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev raised the country's flag in the city of Khankendi, "Adyrna" correspondent reports with reference to "Radio Azattyk".
The head of Azerbaijan visited the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh on October 15. Ilham Heydaruly took part in the commissioning ceremony of Sugovushan reservoir in the region.
He visited Khojaly city, Malybeyli village of Shushin district, Kyarkidzhakhan and Askeran settlements, and raised Azerbaijani flags in Khojala, Agdere and other settlements of Karabakh.
Thus, Azerbaijan restored the full sovereignty of Karabakh.
