Kazakhstan donated 1 million US dollars in humanitarian aid to Palestine. Aibek Smadiyarov, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said this, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
Taking into account the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, Kazakhstan decided to provide humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in the amount of 1 million US dollars.

This decision was announced by the President of Kazakhstan during the tenth summit of the Organization of Turkic States. Funds allocated by the government of Kazakhstan were transferred to the UN Middle East Agency. The organization has been organizing emergency and other relief work for the Palestinian people for seven decades. It should be noted that humanitarian service is one of the most important directions of the country's foreign policy. Adhering to the principles of peaceful policy and justice, Kazakhstan always strives to support the states facing difficult humanitarian situations, said Aibek Smadiyarov.

We remind you that earlier we announced that there are 76 citizens of Kazakhstan in the Gaza Strip, and why the citizens of the country cannot come.
