Over the past three days, the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have rescued more than 1,000 people, including 86 children. 583 fires were extinguished, 263 emergency rescue and search operations were carried out. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to information, during the past day, rescuers of the Ministry of Defense in cooperation with local executive bodies, police, military personnel and road services rescued 887 people.
"Due to the deterioration of the weather, traffic restrictions have been imposed on national and regional highways for all types of vehicles. A passenger bus traveling from Tajikistan to Russia stopped due to freezing of diesel fuel on the Chelyabinsk-Novosibirsk road of republican importance in the North Kazakhstan region. 31 passengers were placed in the heating station.
