Daniyar Alpiev, the owner of "Altyn Orda" market, was arrested. This was stated by his lawyer Alibek Almabayev, "Adyrna" correspondent reported with reference to orda.kz.
According to them, the businessman was arrested for 2 months.
"Karasai district court has issued a decree to arrest Alpiev. The trial was very fast. They issued an arrest warrant. We have three days to appeal the verdict," he said.
Alpiev was arrested on December 20 and imprisoned in a detention center in the Karasai district. He is suspected of committing a large-scale fraud.
