"Seasonal influenza vaccination will be launched in Kazakhstan. 2.5 million doses of Russian vaccine have been purchased." This was announced by the First Vice Minister of Health Marat Shoranov, the portal "Adyrna" reported.
He told that vaccination against ARVI and influenza would start in Kazakhstan on September 15.
"The relevant resolution of the Chief Sanitary Doctor has been adopted. Let us remind you that vulnerable groups are vaccinated at the expense of the state budget. This is, first of all, children, medical workers, people registered in dispensaries, children's educational institutions, orphans left without parental care, etc., - added Shoranov.
According to him, influenza vaccination will be carried out at the expense of employers and citizens.
"Paid influenza vaccination is carried out in private vaccination centers and vaccination rooms of the clinic at the place of residence. In addition to Grippol Plus, four more flu vaccines from three manufacturers have been registered in Kazakhstan, ”Shoranov said.
