"Fosforshylar" cultural center, which has been abandoned for several years in Shymkent, will be renovated and will serve the people, writes the "Adyrna" portal. Mayor of Shymkent Gabit Syzdykbekov announced this.
This building was owned by "Darkhan Group" company. According to the mayor, now the mayor will renovate the building and turn it into a youth palace.
