The President of Kazakhstan noted that the decision of the leadership of Uzbekistan to ensure stability in Karakalpakstan was made on time.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Shavkat Mirziyoyev a successful referendum on changes to the Constitution, and noted that this event would be an important step for the implementation of large-scale political and socio-economic programs aimed at modernizing brotherly Uzbekistan.
In addition, the leaders of the two countries discussed the agenda of the upcoming consultative meeting of the leaders of the Central Asian states, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan.
