The director of the construction company "Bagis" in Aktau is accused of embezzling 400 millions tenge from about 120 shareholders, reported the national portal "Adyrna" with reference to the press service of the Financial Monitoring Agency.
"The investigation of the criminal case against the management of "Bagis" LLP on the fact of embezzlement and embezzlement of the funds entrusted to investors in the unfinished housing complex "Atameken" in the city of Aktau continues. "In the course of the investigation, it was found that the director of the LLP embezzled the funds of 119 shareholders in a large amount of 400 million tenge under the pretense of completing the construction of the residential complex from March 2017 to September 2022," the report said.
