The passenger who opened the emergency door of the plane was brought to administrative responsibility. This was announced by the Polisia.kz website, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
On December 23, at the request of the representatives of the Fly Arystan airline, the employees of the line police department at the Almaty city airport identified and detained a passenger of the Shymkent-Almaty flight. The offender was removed from the flight.
"During the inspection, a 29-year-old drunken resident of Almaty, who did not obey the safety rules on board the plane, was found. According to the conclusion of the medical examination, he was in a "moderate" state of intoxication. The police officers immediately filled out three administrative protocols against the offender under Article 440, Part 1, Article 566, Part 1, and Article 434, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and imposed a fine of 8 MCI.
The case of petty mischief will be sent to the specialized inter-district court for administrative offenses of Almaty city for a decision. According to this article, the offender may be punished in the form of administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
